Shipping

I aim to ship your item on the same or next business day. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetics, returns are not permitted.

Damaged or Lost Items

Please contact me to let me know at info@tasleemanigh.com. I provide tracking numbers for all orders. I may ask that you please contact your local post office to file a damaged/lost item report if we are unable to track your item.

I am not responsible for incorrect address details provided by the customer. Please ensure you double-check the address is correct before submitting as redelivery costs will apply.
