I exclusively use high-performance, professional-grade artistry brands designed for the scrutiny of high-definition lenses and the endurance of an 12-hour wedding day. While I personally appreciate natural and organic beauty for daily wear, those formulas rarely offer the technical resilience needed to withstand heat, humidity, and emotion.
My kit is curated with brands trusted by established, world-class makeup artists—the professionals responsible for the flawless skin you see on red carpets and cinematic sets. Unlike influencer-marketed trends, these products are selected for their stability and performance on diverse skin types. I am also proud to maintain a kit that is both cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
My collection is extensive and features industry-renowned staples such as Face Atelier, Cinema Secrets, Hourglass, Charlotte Tilbury, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Inglot, RCMA, LipSense, Cozzette and Makeup Atelier Paris.
If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let me know. I am more than happy to tailor my selections where possible to ensure your absolute comfort and safety.

I believe that makeup and hairstyling are very different skills, and for your wedding day, it's wonderful to have specialists ensuring the best outcome for both.
When one person switches between hair and makeup, it can slow things down, mean much earlier start times, and increase the chance of delays.
For hair, I recommend booking a dedicated stylist—I share my list of trusted hairstylists with brides once they’ve booked with me.

I specialise in traditional application to achieve a more bespoke, seamless, and authentically 'skin-like' finish. Traditional artistry allows for a level of precision and customisation that truly honours your unique features and provides a finish that is both breathable and incredibly durable.

I provide artistry for the entire bridal party, including bridesmaids, mothers, and guests. To ensure each person receives my full attention and a flawless result, my capacity is typically limited to 6–8 applications per wedding.
This limit allows us to maintain a relaxed morning and ensures we never compromise on the standard of work. If you have a larger group or a specific timeline constraint, we can discuss the most efficient way to structure your morning during your initial inquiry.
-
Yes. I provide a fully mobile artistry service, bringing the boutique studio experience directly to your venue or preparation suite.
Areas of Service: I primarily cater to the Sunshine Coast and Sunshine Coast Hinterland, with a focus on:
Coastal Artistry: Noosa, Mooloolaba, Coolum Beach, Maroochydore, Peregian Beach, and Caloundra.
Hinterland Destinations: Maleny, Montville, Flaxton, Mapleton, and Yandina.
Beyond: I am also available for select bookings in North Brisbane and further destination weddings by special request.
Booking Options:
On-Location Artistry: To ensure I can dedicate my full focus and professional kit to your party, a minimum booking requirement applies to all mobile services. This ensures a seamless, high-standard experience for the duration of your morning.
The Nambour Studio: For trials and elopements that do not meet the mobile minimum, I can offer private appointments at my Nambour studio. These sessions are subject to my existing wedding calendar and provide a quiet, professional alternative for smaller bookings.
Logistics & Travel: For destination weddings or locations outside my primary service area, please connect with the studio for a custom travel quote. To maintain a smooth and efficient timeline, I provide one professional setup per booking; therefore, all members of the bridal party should be prepared at a single location.

Absolutely. My signature applications are specifically engineered to endure the unique challenges of a Queensland wedding.
My experience in high-pressure environments is vast—I have managed artistry in conditions ranging from -40°C Canadian winters to +40°C tropical Sunshine Coast heat. Having spent 8+ hours on professional sets with talent under intense production lights, I’ve seen exactly how makeup behaves over time. I’ve translated those professional "on-set" secrets into my bridal techniques to ensure your look remains flawless from your first photo to the last dance.
I utilise a combination of climate-adaptive prep and high-performance, water-resistant (and often waterproof) products. These are designed to withstand the "Three Big Wedding Elements": tears, sweat, and humidity.
While I use specialised skincare prep on the morning of your wedding to lock in your look, the best results come from a team effort:
Professional Application: I use thin-to-thick layering techniques that allow your skin to breathe while keeping pigment in place.
Your Skin Prep: Brides have the unique advantage of prepping their skin in the months leading up to the big day. A hydrated, well-maintained canvas is the best foundation for longevity.
Whether you are marrying in the crisp air of the Maleny Hinterland or the salt-spray humidity of Noosa Main Beach, your makeup is built by me to last all day and night.

With 25+ years of experience, I’ve worked with nearly every skin type, tone, and age.
During my seven years in Toronto, I worked with a diverse range of ethnicities, including African American, Indian, and Asian clients, and continue to do so today.
Every face is unique, and I have the expertise and professional products to enhance your natural beauty, no matter your complexion or skin concerns.
-
It’s best to keep skin treatments minimal in the weeks leading up to your event. Instead, focus on a long-term skincare routine as early as possible for the best results.
If your budget allows, invest in treatments like microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, laser, or peels well in advance to achieve smooth, hydrated, and clear skin—just be sure to allow enough time for your skin to settle before the big day.
-
Yes, to an extent. Yes, absolutely, but with one important distinction.
While I can expertly neutralise and conceal any redness or discoloration (the two-dimensional concerns), texture concerns—such as raised blemishes, active bumps, or pitted skin—are physical (three-dimensional) and will always remain visible under makeup.
My goal is to create the most flawless, natural-looking finish possible while ensuring your skin still looks like skin.
My entire process, which I’ve refined over 25 years in the industry, is built on meticulous, ultra-thin layering of specialised formulas. This professional technique ensures maximum coverage, longevity, and ensures the finished makeup remains flattering, comfortable, and resists settling heavily into fine lines.
-
Yes, to an extent. I can significantly reduce the appearance of tattoos by neutralising discoloration and layering high-coverage products. However, full coverage depends on factors like tattoo size, color, and placement. If complete concealment is your goal, let’s discuss the best approach for your needs. Keep in mind that makeup transfer is highly possible so you should consider whether it’s worth the risk. Additional costs apply for tattoo coverage.
-
For most people, wearing makeup for a single day—even products you don’t normally use—rarely causes any issues, as long as you don’t have a known severe allergy to a specific ingredient. My kit is designed with this in mind: I use professional-quality brands with minimal ingredients and avoid heavily perfumed products or common irritant brands like MAC. For one day of wear, the slight trade-off of using products you might not usually choose is often worth it to achieve the best bridal or special event results.
While I won’t go through my entire kit to confirm every ingredient, I’ll always do my best to accommodate your concerns. If you’re particularly sensitive, a makeup application before booking can also help ease any worries and ensure you feel confident on your special day.
I appreciate offering to bring along your personal products. However, due to professional hygiene and liability standards, I must exclusively use my carefully curated, professional kit. This is the only way I can guarantee the flawless performance and strict hygiene standards that my business is built on.

Absolutely. As the Sunshine Coast is a premier destination for weddings, a significant portion of my clientele resides interstate or overseas. I am highly experienced in managing the unique needs of destination brides.
We can coordinate every detail of your artistry seamlessly digitally, and my streamlined online system ensures that securing your date is a professional, stress-free process from anywhere in the world.
Whether you are arriving from across Australia or from abroad, my goal is to provide a consistent, high-end experience that allows you to arrive on the Coast with total peace of mind.
-
It is not necessary to meet in person to secure your date. Because I am a specialist with a well-documented portfolio and over 550 five-star reviews, most of my clients feel confident reserving their date after reviewing my signature style and testimonials online.
Our first in-person connection typically takes place during your Bridal Makeup Consultation, closer to your wedding date. This allows us to focus entirely on your aesthetic vision once your other wedding details—such as your gown and florals—are finalised.
In the meantime, the booking process is handled professionally through my digital studio, ensuring your date is protected immediately.
-
Yes. To ensure I can dedicate my full focus and professional resources to each wedding, a minimum booking requirement applies for on-location services, particularly on weekends and during peak wedding seasons.
Please connect with me via the inquiry form with your date and location. I will then be able to confirm my current availability and provide details on the service minimums for your specific day. For more intimate celebrations that do not meet the mobile minimum, my Nambour studio, when available, is a wonderful alternative.
-
Your wedding date is officially reserved once a signed artistry agreement and a non-refundable booking fee are received. Because I am committed to providing an intentional, high-end experience, I only accept one wedding commission per day. This ensures you have my undivided attention and a relaxed, unhurried morning.
I typically book 12–18 months in advance and limit the number of weddings I accept each year to maintain the highest standard of service. Once your date and venue are finalised, I recommend securing your key artistry services to ensure availability.
Dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and I am unable to 'hold' dates without the completed reservation process.
-
Absolutely. Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to capture a more relaxed, lifestyle version of your signature look.
Because these sessions require coordinating with multiple professional schedules, I recommend planning well in advance. My weddings typically take place from Friday through Sunday, so mid-week sessions (Tuesday to Thursday) offer the best availability for artistry.
If you have a specific date in mind, please connect with the studio as soon as possible, and we will do our best to align our calendars for your session.
-
All consultations are held at my private studio in Nambour, where I have curated the ideal lighting and professional environment to design your look.
Appointments are available Tuesday through Friday during daylight hours. This is essential, as it allows us to see exactly how your makeup performs and looks in natural light—the same light your photographer will be working with on your wedding day.
Many brides choose to coordinate their consultation with a dinner or event to enjoy their finished look. If you wish to keep your look a surprise from your partner, I recommend planning your session for a day when you have other commitments or a night out with friends. In-studio appointments are by appointment only, usually available Tuesday to Friday, but I may be able to accommodate other times depending on my schedule.
-
A standard consultation typically requires 1.25 to 1.5 hours. This allows us ample time for a comprehensive style discussion and the technical application of your chosen look. We focus on perfecting one signature aesthetic with subtle refinements to ensure the balance is exactly as you envisioned. If you wish to explore a completely different style, a separate session may be required.
To assist in curating a look that harmonises with your entire wedding aesthetic, I encourage you to bring imagery of your gown, floral palette, and jewelry.
A Note on Inspiration: While reference photos are incredibly helpful for establishing a mood, I recommend selecting 2–3 images that share a consistent feel. This helps us focus on the specific elements you love, ensuring the final result is a true reflection of you.
-
The consultation is a vital part of my process. It is a technical rehearsal designed to ensure your artistry is perfected well before the morning of your wedding.
While my portfolio and reviews offer a clear indication of my signature style, this session allows us to tailor that aesthetic to your specific features, skin type, and the unique light of your venue. With over 25 years of experience, I require a consultation for all weddings to eliminate guesswork and prevent any timeline delays.
By finalising your look in advance, you can step into your wedding morning with total peace of mind, knowing that your artistry is already curated and one essential detail is completely taken care of.
-
I recommend scheduling your consultation two to three months prior to your wedding.
At this stage, your key aesthetic decisions—such as your gown, hair styling, and floral palette—are typically finalised, allowing us to design a look that harmonises with the entire wedding vision. This timeframe also ensures your skin condition and tone are most reflective of how they will be on the wedding day.
Securing this appointment early in the final countdown provides you with absolute clarity and confidence, ensuring your wedding month remains focused on the final celebrations rather than logistics.
-
To ensure a calm, relaxed experience where no one feels rushed, I typically schedule 45 minutes per person, with a little extra time dedicated to final "polishing" and touch-ups at the end.
Example Timeline for a Party of 4:
Makeup Applications: 3 hours
Final Touch-ups: 15–30 minutes
Total Duration: Approximately 3.25 to 3.5 hours.
Why I include "Touch-up Time": The morning of your wedding is dynamic. My schedule includes a dedicated window at the end to ensure everyone’s lip color is fresh, skin is perfectly set, and any last-minute adjustments are made once everyone is dressed. This ensures you leave for your ceremony at Noosa, Maleny, or beyond feeling completely confident and on time.
I’ll provide a makeup schedule ahead of time to outline the timing for my services. Feel free to incorporate this into your master run sheet to keep everything feeling relaxed.
-
While my artistry is designed for maximum endurance, I always recommend a few essential items to maintain your finish from the ceremony through to the final dance. A coordinated lip color, a fine-milled pressed powder, and professional blotting papers are the three key elements for refreshing your look.
To ensure your touch-up products are compatible with my professional formulas and remain 'camera-friendly,' I offer curated touch-up kits for purchase. This eliminates any guesswork and ensures your look remains seamless and radiant under any lighting.
Being prepared for the natural elements of a wedding day—such as humidity or emotion—ensures you remain poised and confident until the evening concludes.
