Wedding Makeup for Mothers of the Bride and Groom

Mums are always hesitant to have their makeup done for their son’s or daughter’s weddings. I often hear that they’re worried makeup will look silly and overdone and that they won't feel comfortable. I totally understand and appreciate that! There's nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable.

I love doing mum's makeup on wedding days because they rarely take time out for them. This is the perfect opportunity for them to look and feel their very best while standing next to their son or daughter on their wedding day.

Mums often forget they'll be photographed standing next to the stunning bride in so many photos! They also forget they will want to display these photos or share them with family and friends and will want to love how they look in these keepsake photos for years to come.

Poor mum had a fall the day before the wedding and ended up in hospital having scans. Needless to say makeup saved the day here - she felt so much better and although the swelling is still there she looks amazing!
